Message	I am having smog problems with my NA again, and have a quick question regarding cat's. My car was sold in AZ, so I assume it has all federal smog parts. I want to get the car to pass smog in CA before I move out of the state so I can register and drive the car. Are there any emissions differences between these cat's, and which would be the best to run between CA cat's, federal cats, or federal OBDII cats? Thanks
